Privacy Policy

Scope of this policy. The public website is for contractor/business inquiries and Pilot applications. It is not a portal for homeowner/customer estimate data. Homeowner/customer data, if later provided by a signed Pilot client, is governed by the client agreement and data-processing terms.

1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

When you apply for or ask about the Pilot, we may collect your name, work email, company name, company website, trade, approximate estimate volume, information about your current follow-up process, your message to us, contact-consent status, acceptance of the Website Terms of Use, the applicable Terms/Privacy version identifiers, acceptance/submission timestamps, and technical information needed to operate, secure, and document use of the website, such as IP address, browser/device information, Cloudflare request identifiers, approximate country, and security signals. We do not ask public website visitors to submit homeowner/customer records.

3. Why we use the information

We use applicant and inquiry information to respond to you, assess whether the Pilot is a fit, schedule or conduct business discussions, operate and secure the website, prevent abuse, document consent and acceptance of the Website Terms of Use, keep records of communications, administer a Pilot if you become a client, comply with law, and establish or defend legal rights.

4. Website security and anti-abuse tools

We may use Cloudflare services, including Turnstile or similar security tools, to protect forms and the website from automated abuse. Those providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser/device information, timestamps, request identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, and security signals under their own service terms and privacy commitments.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers for website hosting/security, email and business productivity, form handling, document storage, automation/workflow, scheduling, e-signatures, accounting/payment administration, and similar business functions. We disclose personal information to those providers only as reasonably necessary for the function and expect them to protect it and use it for the authorized service purpose.

6. AI-assisted business tools

We may use AI-assisted tools to help draft, classify, summarize, or organize business communications. We do not sell applicant information for AI training. For homeowner/customer data received from a Pilot client, our client agreement and data-processing addendum control the permitted processing, including restrictions on generalized-model training.

7. No sale or targeted advertising

We do not sell personal information collected through the public Pilot application. We do not use the public application information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the current site does not require third-party advertising pixels to operate.

8. International processing

NQLB is based in Canada and uses service providers that may operate in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions. Information may therefore be processed outside your province, state, or country and may be subject to lawful access by courts, law-enforcement agencies, or other authorities in those jurisdictions.

9. Retention

We retain inquiry, application, consent, and website-terms acceptance records only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, business records, fraud/security prevention, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. If you become a client, contract, billing, and compliance records may be kept longer as reasonably required. We may retain minimal suppression records to respect do-not-contact requests.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we hold. No Internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

11. Your choices and privacy requests

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information you submitted to us, or withdraw consent where applicable, by emailing trey@noquoteleftbehind.com. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, suppression, billing, or recordkeeping reasons. If a request concerns homeowner/customer information held for one of our contractor clients, we may direct you to that contractor and assist as required.

12. Commercial email

Business contacts may receive messages from NQLB where permitted by applicable law. Commercial messages will include identification/contact information and an unsubscribe method where required. We maintain suppression records to respect opt-out requests.

13. Children

The website and Pilot are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children through the Pilot application.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy as our services, vendors, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted with an updated effective date.
