Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By using noquoteleftbehind.com, you agree to these Terms. When you submit a Pilot application, the application form requires an affirmative checkbox stating that you agree to these Website Terms of Use and acknowledge the Website Privacy Policy. Checking that box and submitting the application is intended to record your electronic acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or submit an application. The site is intended primarily for business users evaluating or applying for the No Quote Left Behind contractor Pilot.
2. The website is not the Pilot contract
Submitting an application, checking the website-terms box, receiving a response, or discussing the Pilot does not itself create a Pilot Services Agreement, reserve a Pilot slot, or obligate either party to proceed. The website checkbox accepts only these Website Terms of Use. A Pilot begins only after both parties agree to a separate Pilot Services Agreement or other written order form.
3. Pilot information and pricing
Any statement that the current Pilot is $0 upfront with a 12% performance fee describes validation-Pilot pricing only. It is not a promise of permanent future pricing. There is no automatic renewal from the Pilot into a subscription, flat-fee, usage/performance-based, or other ongoing model; any continued service requires a separate agreement.
4. Business information you submit
You agree that information you submit through the site is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have authority to submit it on behalf of the identified business. Do not submit homeowner/customer records, sensitive personal information, credentials, payment-card data, or other confidential customer files through the public application.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the site to violate law, probe or bypass security, introduce malware, overload or disrupt the service, impersonate another person or business, scrape the site at abusive scale, interfere with other users, or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
6. Intellectual property
The NQLB name, logo, website design, copy, processes, and other site content are owned by NQLB or used with permission. You may view and use the site for legitimate business evaluation, but you may not copy, publish, sell, reverse engineer, or create misleading derivative branding without permission, except where law permits.
7. Third-party services
The site may rely on or link to third-party services. NQLB does not control third-party websites or guarantee their availability, security, or content. Your use of them may be subject to their own terms.
8. No guarantee
The site describes a revenue-recovery service, but NQLB does not guarantee that a contractor will qualify for the Pilot or achieve any response, appointment, sale, collection, recovery amount, or financial result.
9. Disclaimer
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Nothing on the public website is legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NQLB and its owner will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data arising solely from use of the public website. If liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability arising solely from public-site use will not exceed CAD $100, except where a different limit is required by law.
11. Privacy
Our Website Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information submitted through the site and is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The application checkbox acknowledges that Policy; it does not convert the Privacy Policy into a separate service contract.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to any mandatory rights that apply, disputes concerning only the public website will be brought in the courts of British Columbia.
13. Changes
We may update the website and these Terms. The current version will be posted with its effective date. Changes do not retroactively alter a separately signed client agreement.
